Introduction Video
The Approach
The objective was to create an advertising video for SupportPay, a platform designed to meet the unique needs of parents navigating child support. SupportPay offers an automated solution for managing child expenses and support payments, alleviating the complexities of the process.

The client's vision for the video was to maintain a minimalist approach, with a vibrant colour palette reserved for the characters. The primary emphasis was to be placed on the characters, set against a minimalist background. For the characters, the client desired an abstract presentation. In alignment with these specifications, I developed three distinct styles, each featuring different backgrounds and characters representing the mother, ex-husband, and child, all incorporating the selected colour palette.
Style Guide
Based on the script from the scriptwriter and the brief I received, I developed three distinct style guides. The client's preference was to incorporate their primary yellow brand color into the video, and they also requested one style to have an isometric approach and should lean towards a more realistic portrayal of machinery. Keeping these requirements in mind, I successfully crafted three unique styles.
They were deeply impressed by the initial style, particularly favoring the characters and background used in it. However, they expressed a strong preference for incorporating more of the Ocean Teal (#13C2C2) and its shades into the video, as they found it highly appealing within the color palette. In alignment with the style guide, I continued with the development of the storyboard while integrating the desired color adjustments.

​I developed a comprehensive storyboard, breaking down the script into individual frames for each scene. After finalizing the storyboard, I worked closely with a Motion Artist to provide a detailed explanation of each scene. Together, we transformed the storyboard into captivating motion graphics, resulting in the creation of the video as the final output.
