Provide the ability to add, edit, disable and delete a Resource for the license

Provide the ability to copy an existing Resource, maintaining the assignments to the Resource Pools, Appointment Types and Locations as well as the settings.

Provide the ability to adjust the same/most of the settings for Resources that we use in TESA admin.
